Take a minute. Pause, breathe, and reflect.

Limitless mind. Limitless life. Even when we don't feel like it, humans are truly limitless. We have the internal power to manifest great things in our lives but many of us must learn to eliminate the ANTS in our lives. ANTS are Automatic Negative Thoughts.

The way to begin eliminating these thoughts is by acknowledging any negative self-talk when it happens. "I'm not good enough. I'm too skinny or too fat. I can't. I don't have enough money."

We often say these things to ourselves and don't even realize it. So, when it happens, acknowledge it and then, breathe. Breathe in positivity and visualize what you would like to see happen in your life. Release any negative energy and then, Align yourself. Press reset on your thoughts. Think the very opposite of your negative thought or action.

The more you practice mindfulness, the closer you'll be to uncovering your greatest potential!
